The Upper Merion Area Community Cupboard (UMACC) is a community 501(c)3 non-profit organization in King of Prussia, PA. It is the only organization responding to the reality of food-insecurity within the bounds of the Upper Merion Area School District, which includes King of Prussia, Bridgeport, West Conshohocken, Swedeland, and parts of Wayne.

The UMACC offers welcome, compassion, perishable and non-perishable food, personal items, infant items, and an empathetic sense of community belonging to about 150-175 households every Tuesday through on-site and delivery distribution. The patrons of the UMACC are a diverse mix of seniors on fixed-incomes, single-parent families, low-income families, situationally homeless, and chronically homeless.

It costs about $24,000 each month to serve this community's needs, and a large percentage of this goes directly to food and other supplies we provide to patrons. We trust that between the persons, institutions, and corporations of our community, there is enough empathy, generosity, and community to ensure that none of our neighbors, especially children, live without sufficient food!

Please join us by doing your part in our collective efforts to nurture a community of well-being. For more information about UMACC, please visit www.umacc.org.
